AFFORDABLE PRICES,
GREAT RESULTS

If ever it was a suitable real estate marketing strategy to simply hang out a yard sign and hope for the best, that day has long gone. In the fierce arena of today’s market, you need to leverage every tool at your disposal. This is demonstrated by the mere fact that 93% of all buyers start their search on the internet (NAR 2020). It is also very evident as Zillow, the leading online real estate marketplace, continues to report its largest earnings in its history.

As a seller you have only one opportunity to make a first impression with buyers. It is imminently important to have the best possible media on-line to represent your largest asset.  In many cases buyers will visit your home because of the media and how the house is presented.  In some cases, houses are bought without the buyer even coming to the house.  Real estate in many ways is a numbers game, the more people you have looking at the property the more likely you are of finding a buyer or multiple potential buyers.

We offer three solutions that work hand in hand to give sellers the best possible outcome.

  1. HDR Still Photography

With HDR technology, we can compile different photographs taken at variable exposures. Not only that but also this technique allows us to create images with an excellent light detail, which is not possible in a single shot taken by ordinary cameras, or an I-phone.  We then take all our photos and work them through a post-production process to give the best possible image.

  2. Matterport 3D Virtual Tour

Matterport sets the standard for 3D space capture. Nobody comes close to the precision and detail of Matterport 3D models. It gives your potential buyers the ability to tour your home without entering it. They can move through the house at their pace and control where they go, a real game changer.  Houses with matterport tours typically sell for 7-9% more.

  3. Aerial Drone Photography

Drone-attained aerial imagery will set you leagues apart from traditional photography, allowing the buyer to get a much better feel for the lay of the land. According to multiple listing service (MLS) statistics, properties with aerial imagery are 68% more likely to sell than those without it.
